Each of our gusseted poly bags are made of pure Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin and are fully re-usable and recyclable Side gussets expand easily to fit over bulky or irregular size objects. Features superior clarity for showing the quality of your customer’s products. Can be heat sealed, tied, stapled or taped closed.

Gusseted polythene bags have an expandable side on either side, so you always have plenty of room to pack in products. They also make the perfect lining for packing cases, boxes and cases and keep items, dust, dirt and moisture-free.

We offer gusseted bags in 5 different gauges and 25 sizes, so you can find exactly what you need. For protecting granulated foods and powders choose smaller 12 micron bags, or heavy duty 100 micron bags for storing larger items. The gusset is marked ‘D’ in the diagram, e.g. if the bag size is 300W x 700L x 200D mm the gusset each side of the bag would be 200mm making the opening 300 x 400mm
