These 90 degree twist wraps offer cross-dimensional protection for a huge range of sizes and shapes of products due to the different pre-creased grooves, and the protective buffer on both ends when fully assembled means that when shipped, the items will be doubly protected.
The twist wrap book boxes are much quicker to pack than regular boxes due to the self-adhesive strip, the ease of folding, and the packing method. As the items will fit snugly, not only will you not need tape to seal the box, but you won't need any filler either. That means the packing process for the Pack direct twist wraps is simply the following:
- Twist the wrap into a cross position.
- Place the item in the centre of the wrap.
- Fold the horizontal flaps over, using the grooves to ensure a snug fit.
- Fold the vertical flaps over and seal with the self-adhesive peel and seal closure.
