If you have received damaged or defective products, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 01332 505945 and ask for customer services.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM. AS WE HAVE SEVERAL WAREHOUSE FACILITIES, WE WILL SEND YOU THE ADDRESS IT MUST BE RETURNED TO.
Standard no-fault returns;
1. Goods can only be returned up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery.
2. Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
3. All shortages must be notified with 24 hours of receipt of goods.
4. The goods remain your responsibility until the goods have been received at our premises.
5. For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
6. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities. We cannot offer any refunds on partial packs.
7. Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
8. Pack Direct will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
9. No bespoke products can be returned unless deemed faulty.
